1. General Provisions

These terms of service govern the relationship between the service provider and the user when using the online service BekpaTools.

2. Definitions

  • Service: The BekpaTools web application accessible at bekpatools.com
  • User: Any person who uses the Service
  • Free Plan: Access to all features with advertisements
  • Premium Plan: Ad-free access for $2/month
  • PDF Tools: Merge, split, compress, convert, and edit PDF documents
  • Spreadsheet Editor: Online editor compatible with Microsoft Excel formats

3. Scope of Service

The provider offers online tools for working with PDF files and spreadsheets:

PDF Tools:

  • Merge PDF – combine multiple PDF files into one
  • Split PDF – divide PDF into individual pages or sections
  • Compress PDF – reduce PDF file size
  • Edit PDF – add text, signatures, and annotations
  • Word to PDF – convert DOCX documents to PDF
  • PDF to Word – convert PDF to editable DOCX

Spreadsheet Editor:

  • Open and edit XLSX, XLS, and CSV files
  • Export to XLSX, CSV, and PDF formats
  • Full formula and formatting support

All features are available 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance, which will be communicated in advance.

4. Registration and Account

4.1 Registration

Registration is optional but required for usage tracking and Premium access. You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Pricing and Payments

5.1 Free Plan

All PDF tools and spreadsheet editor features are completely free and unlimited. The Free plan includes advertisements.

5.2 Premium Plan ($2/month)

All features identical to Free plan, with all advertisements removed. Payment is processed monthly via Stripe.

5.3 Invoices

Invoices for Premium subscriptions are available in your dashboard and can be downloaded at any time.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price increase.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

6.2 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first Premium purchase. Contact us at info@bekpatools.com to request a refund.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will NOT:

  • Upload files containing malware or viruses
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions
  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Overload the service with automated requests without API authorization
  • Impersonate other users or the provider
  • Use the service to process content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

Warning: Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without compensation.

8. File Processing and Privacy

Your files are safe

  • PDF files are processed entirely in your browser (client-side)
  • Files are never sent to or stored on our servers
  • We have no access to the content of your documents
  • Processed files remain only on your device
  • Spreadsheet files may be temporarily processed server-side for conversion
  • All temporary files are automatically deleted after processing

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from service usage. Always maintain backup copies of important documents.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for Premium subscription in the last 12 months.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights to the BekpaTools service, including design, code, and content, belong to the provider. Users retain full ownership of their uploaded files and processed documents.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the website at least 14 days in advance.
